SSC is enganged in collabrative research with the following university faculty:

Gert Cauenberghs works on "analog and digital VLSI microsystems for adaptive neural computation and sensory information processing, from neuromorphic systems engineering and kernel-based learning machines to micropower implantable neural interfaces, acoustic microarrays, adaptive optics and biometric identification. "

Shihab Shamma- Research interests include: biological aspects of speech analysis and neural signal processing

Timothy Horiuchi-"The Computational Sensorimotor Systems Lab focuses on the exploration, analysis, modeling and implementation of biological sensorimotor systems for both scientific and engineering purposes. "

Andreas G. Andreou's "research program examines the relationship between information, and its physical representation in both biological and in engineered information processing systems. "

Ralph Etienne-Cummings -"VLSI vision systems for real-time dynamic tasks encountered in manufacturing and assembly, auto-navigation, un-manned vehicles and robots, dynamic scenes analysis and interpretation, attention and gaze control, video coding and other vision research topics are being integrated. "
