Waveforms for Energy Constrained Active Sonar

Signal Systems Corporation (SSC), with teammate Johns Hopkins University/Applied Physics Laboratory (JHU/APL), will develop an energy efficient broadband Doppler-sensitive waveform processing technique that has good detection and clutter rejection performance for all Doppler conditions that are important for long range multistatic sonar operation.
